As fate would have it, the morning after my belt arrived, I wrenched my back. I decided then to see just how good these belts were. I put on the belt and almost instantly the pain subsided. I couldn't believe it. I then undid the KoolBak and the pain returned. I then put on my old elastic belt and the pain was still there. I put the KoolBak back on and the pain was relieved again.
